We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a fair refund and return policy under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Products may only be returned if unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or faulty item).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Sale or clearance items are final and not eligible for refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
